Open Question: Is it allowed for company A to say that they own a stack of company B when they only have bought shares?
e.g. Bank Fantasia buys shares of Bank of America and in their corporate profile they write that they own a stack of Bank of America. This is actually happening very often but is it allowed from the legal aspect?

Open Question: Will the Democrats and the leftists ever be satisfied?
